Francis Wee has over 30 years of experience in the building and infrastructure industry.  He has led engineering teams on some of Singapore’s most complex projects, including MRT lines, deep tunnel sewerage systems, and large-scale industrial facilities.

As a founding Director of Millenniums Consultants Pte Ltd, Francis brings a wealth of technical knowledge and a deep understanding of local engineering standards. His expertise spans tunneling, structural inspections, and design for safety, with a proven track record in both public and private sector developments.
